The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures, along with proven experience in managing Umrah teams and travel logistics. This role demands professionalism, empathy, and the ability to guide pilgrims with care and precision.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Umrah travel arrangements for individuals and groups
• Lead and manage Umrah teams during travel and pilgrimage
• Ensure compliance with visa, travel, and religious guidelines
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and relevant authorities for smooth operations
• Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to pilgrims
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah procedures
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Hajj/Umrah travel sector
• Valid passport is mandatory
• Proven experience in Umrah team management
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency or religious tourism operations
• Fluency in Bengali and English (Arabic is a plus)
